This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed their mind.
However, if you receive a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Anomalous1 offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our team using the “Contact Us” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 15 days after the estimated delivery date
